Of these, we have used the services of NZ Rent A Car twice: in Dunedin and in Queenstown. In both instances the price was great, we were happy with the cars, but even more so we were impressed with the service. Nowhere else was the process in the office so quick and painless; it virtually took 2 minutes to get our car. In Queenstown, the shuttle service from the airport, which drives you to the office in 3 minutes, was already waiting as we came out of the terminal, so we didn’t have to wait a minute. The same happened when we returned the car. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The guy arrived early to pick us up from the airport and was super prompt with all the paperwork. Really lovely guys that work there and very good value for money.
