Useful Information
For Picton car hires outside office hours we offer an afterhours service. This service is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you are due to collect or return your vehicle outside our office hours.
Car Rentals may be returned to our Picton Depot afterhours. When you return your rental car after hours please park either in the car parking space at the front of the office or around the back of the building. Please lock your vehicle and deposit the keys in the key hole which is located in the rear green door of our office. Our office is just 400m from the Interislander Ferry Terminal.
For customers booked on a Bluebridge Ferry, vehicles can be left at the Bluebridge Ferry Terminal by prior arrangement. Please contact NZ Car Rentals Picton for more information.
When you return your rental car to New Zealand Car Rentals Picton please remember that the fuel must be full.
For customers arriving at Koromiko Airport we provide a collection service. An Orange Car Rental Representative will meet you in the airport building.
We now operate a full e – signing (Electronic Signing) and pre check in service at all our branches in Christchurch, Auckland, Picton and Blenheim. After you make a reservation, we simply send you the rental agreement to e- sign and complete your reservation on-line. This can be done via your phone, tablet, or computer. This will allow for a contactless service should there be any change in Covid or government alert levels and will ensure the smooth collection for your hire car.
